We offer two types of maintenance:
Option #1: Email only, with a turnaround time of 1 business day.
Option #2: Direct requests via Slack (which also includes "How to" support and help, turnaround time 2 hours.
If we require Zendesk intervention. we will own the request from end to end and update you on the outcome once a resolution is reached.
