For every client, your strategic planning and implementation is owned by Ty Givens, founder of The Workforce Pro, Inc. Following your intro call, Ty is brought in to review your specific needs and using our productized services, she will modify our programs to fit your specific needs. Your Project Owner will see you through the process, with Ty operating behind the scenes to help you reach your goals.

Our Process

Sometimes change is hard. It can be tough to turn a massive ship around, and it definitely takes a different level of effort than turning a speed boat. That's why we have developed Our Process – to help you effect change within your Customer Experience function, without leaving anything out.

Our phased approach includes weekly meetings and presentations, as well as tons of documentation, so that you can move through the process at your own pace. Plus, our engagements typically start with as little two hours per week – so you can easily fit us into your busy schedule.

How to Get Started

The first step to working together is to understand your business case and we do this through an Intro call. Once we understand your situation, we will put together a customized service for you and introduce you to the team who will be assisting you on your journey. We don't believe in handing our Clients off to a different team once you're onboarded. The person who helps you understand your solution also sees you through your engagement for as long as you're with us.
