Zendesk Upkeep and Maintenance
Our process includes weekly 1 hour meetings where we talk about what's happening within your business and how we can help make things smoother. Because we're on retainer, you can email us at any time to ask questions or get support. Please note we operate on a Monday - Thursday schedule between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM PT, and we do not handle emergent issues.
To support you, we will require Admin access to your Zendesk account, and possibly access to your back end systems as needs arise.
